Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Basic computer literacy with WMS system experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
