Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health records
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Assist with mobility and rehabilitation exercises
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Pass background check and drug screening
