Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient packing, sorting, and shipping of daily orders.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform light general labor tasks as directed by shift supervisors.
- Provide excellent customer service for inbound and outbound inquiries.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
