Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts regularly.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with drivers and third-party logistics providers to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
