Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock levels.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts), pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and process paperwork efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and clutter-free.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy warehouse floor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid state-issued driver's license is required.
