Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and delivery logs in our ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the warehouse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
