Responsibilities
- Perform efficient sorting, staging, and packing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and data entry as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
