Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies accurately
- Update customer records and maintain CRM data integrity
- Collaborate with team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference product catalogs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite

- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments (20+ interactions/hour)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic typing speed of 40 WPM with 98% accuracy
