Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Assist with therapeutic activities and patient rehabilitation
- Ensure patient rooms are sanitized and supplies are stocked
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA certification or medical assistant license
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
