- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records via handheld scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly warehouse optimization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our North Seattle facility
