Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload freight trucks in a timely manner.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
