Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
- Prepare orders for shipment by verifying product details and packaging requirements
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment issues
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the warehouse facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/driving checks
