Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (if operating vehicles)
