Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
