Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
