Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, compliant work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Assist in training new warehouse associates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
