Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (keyboard navigation, data entry)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
