Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect, verify, and count incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Pack, seal, and label products for domestic and international distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
