Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, pack, and scan orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks on inventory and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
