Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products with zero-error accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in regular facility maintenance and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable transportation to our Port Way facility
