Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Prepare outbound orders for delivery using WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Adhere to safety standards and 5S principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
