Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct cycle counts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid CA driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
