Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Package and ship orders according to company standards and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work environment
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
