Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Support inventory audits and cycle count procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 4500 Logistics Drive, Fort Worth
