Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to Crystal Drive, Arlington
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
