The Role
As the 2026 AI Strategy Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical deployment. You will lead a team of elite engineers in designing systems that are not only powerful today but scalable for the demands of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define the technical roadmap and architectural blueprints for AI systems designed to operate at scale in the 2026 era.
- Research Leadership: Oversee experimental research into Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and neural-symbolic integration.
- System Architecture: Design robust, secure, and efficient backend systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously assess emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Innovation: A proven track record of patenting or publishing novel algorithms in the field of AI/ML.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive clear, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
