Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years researching AI ethics, bias mitigation, or governance
- Expertise in fairness metrics, explainable AI (XAI), and privacy-preserving techniques
- Strong background in policy development or regulatory frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or ML conferences
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration in tech environments
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
