Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architectural roadmap for the 2026 AI Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data architectures that can handle petabyte-scale data.
- Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research (LLMs, Transformers, Reinforcement Learning) and integrate relevant technologies.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and data engineering principles.
