Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable systems designed for the technological landscape of 2026, including AI-driven automation and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies such as Generative AI, AR/VR integration, and edge computing.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud security, data privacy, and system reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and present architectural roadmaps to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, or systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing technology stacks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
