Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ in quantum/AI domains
- Track record of launching 3+ commercialized innovations
- Expertise in agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
