Responsibilities
- Lead the '2026 Horizon' Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our next-generation neural architectures and predictive AI models.
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design robust cloud-native systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing with zero latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for algorithmic bias, transparency, and data privacy to ensure responsible deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, legal, and security teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows seamlessly.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, quantum-ready AI) and advising the executive board.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into actionable business strategies and product features.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A track record of patenting novel algorithms or leading groundbreaking research projects.
