- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Partner with academic institutions on quantum machine learning research
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure design
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in advanced R&D with 3+ in quantum or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and error correction protocols
- Proven track record of leading tech strategy cycles (5+ years)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with hardware-software co-design for quantum-classical systems
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) preferred
