Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused work or implemented strategic foresight projects
