- Produce annual Future State reports with predictive market analysis and opportunity mapping
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech incubation
- Design human-centered innovation protocols for ethical tech adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and scenario-planning abilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodologies
