Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions and conducting market viability assessments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders for technology scouting
- Develop comprehensive future scenario analyses and risk mitigation frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investors, translating complex innovations into actionable business strategies
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons, thought leadership publications, and talent development programs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic pivots and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products or services from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with C-suite, investors, and government bodies
- Published thought leader in technology futurism with demonstrated public speaking engagements
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Thinking, Scenario Planning) required
