- Secure $5M+ in venture capital for experimental initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural topology
- Proven track record of scaling tech from lab to market
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global partnerships
- Strong ethical hacking certification (OSCP required)
