Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG 2030 goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in emerging technology or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
