Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive prototypes in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive implementation of emerging technologies through agile development methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies and ethical tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Foresight
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Portfolio of implemented tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
