Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead innovation workshops for C-suite executives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for 3-5 year horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs pioneering 2026-edge technologies
- Create executive briefings on disruption risks and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for future customer needs using immersive tech (AR/VR, holographic interfaces)
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercialized solutions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive communication and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
