Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain a dynamic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and Board members
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Monitor and evaluate competitive disruption vectors in adjacent industries
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves and market inflection points
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (whitepapers/articles)
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
