Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to forecast business landscapes through 2026
- Develop innovative strategic frameworks that position companies for future disruptions
- Create scenario-planning models for potential futures in AI, biotech, and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready strategies
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing business models
- Advolve stakeholders on innovation adoption timelines and implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
