Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 and beyond using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and market strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Publish thought leadership content positioning our organization as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
