As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly influence our product development, market entry strategies, and long-term growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce quarterly innovation roadmaps with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future business models
- Mentor junior innovation specialists on future-gazing methodologies
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
