Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight strategies for quantum AI, bio-digital convergence, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech disruptors (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences and policy forums
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation roadmaps
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-predictive algorithms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of Singularity University frameworks and Long-term Institute methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2025-2030 technology inflection points
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
