Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technologies through 2026 horizon scanning (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with future market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive trends
- Build and maintain global network of futurists and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, sustainable tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in tech/futurism publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Portfolio of scenario planning projects for Fortune 500 clients
