Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Infrastructure: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate quantum processors with classical AI workloads for the 2026 roadmap.
- Algorithm Development: Research and implement quantum algorithms that solve complex optimization problems in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists in advanced computational techniques.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision and milestones for our 2026 product release.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all quantum-encrypted systems adhere to the highest standards of data security and privacy regulations.
- Prototype Engineering: Build and deploy MVPs for quantum-enhanced machine learning models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep Learning: Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and large language models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Vision: Ability to anticipate future technological trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
