Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for Project 2026.
- Lead the engineering team through the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high code quality.
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex architectural challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance tuning to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
