- Develop innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future priorities
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership on future-focused business strategies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 business resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., ACIF preferred)
