Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal trends for 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to navigate disruptive uncertainties in quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate roadmaps
- Deliver compelling trend forecasts and actionable insights through executive presentations and white papers
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in climate resilience, space exploration, and human augmentation
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force spanning R&D, product, and policy divisions
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Innovate Future as a 2026 thought leader
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and space commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis, STEEP framework)
- Global perspective with experience navigating geopolitical and sustainability challenges
