Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for 2026+ technological and societal shifts using advanced trend analysis frameworks
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios to inform R&D investments and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption curves and disruption vectors
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven predictive modeling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all future-state planning processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy (required)
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience influencing C-suite decisions through data-backed future-state narratives
- MSc/MBA in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
